To ensure short dated decisions in between the regular meetings and to facilitate the organisation of meetings a Steering committee (SC) was established by resolution of the Management committee. Members of the steering committee are the chairs of the three working groups as well as the chair and the vice-chair of the action. The steering committee meets about two times a year between or during the management committee meetings.
